The mission of Nicaraguan Perspectives is to provide English speakers with access to translations expressing viewpoints by Nicaraguans about the situation of the country. For that reason, it explicitly does not include articles originally written in English. It is meant to complement other efforts to translate documents from Nicaraguans, like ENVIO and Confidencial. To provide historical context, we have incorporated many translations from another site which has now closed.
